The Food City 500 Starting Line-Up 3/19/10

Joey Logano won his first Sprint Cup Series pole for Sunday’s Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Logano turned a fast lap of 15.396 seconds at 124.630 mph.
“I have always been fast here,” Logano said. “I’ve always been fast and I’ve always been caught up in a wreck or knocked the fender and blew a tire, stubbed in the nose, blew a motor… I’ve about done it all here besides have an uneventful race.”
Kurt Busch will start beside Logano on the front row. His fast lap of 15.492 seconds at 123.857 mph was good for second.
“It shows that things are just going our way right now,” Busch said. He’s tied with Jeff Gordon for the most cup wins at Bristol among all active drivers with 5.
By the way, Jeff Gordon qualified 5th.
Points leader, Kevin Harvick will start 33rd.
