Drivers have been able to squeeze in much needed practice sessions at Talladega Superspeedway, but once again, there’s a threat of rain in the weekend forecast.

There’s an 80% chance of rain and thunderstorms in the forecast on Saturday for Talladega, Alabama. Some storms could be severe with damaging winds and large hail.

There’s some good news, though. Sunday’s “Race Day” forecast looks great with sunny skies and a high of 80.
